Server log data

Contact form and travel enquiries
When you use the contact form, we process the contact details, travel data and message you enter in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. The form sends the information by email to info@isa-reisen.de. Uploaded attachments are removed from the temporary upload area after the email is sent.
Spam and abuse protection
To protect the form, a security check, an invisible control field, a time-based plausibility check, a calculation and a limited submission rate are used. Technical check values and shortened or hashed connection characteristics may be processed temporarily for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
WhatsApp link
The website contains links to WhatsApp. Only when you click such a link do you leave this website, and data may be transmitted to the WhatsApp provider. The provider’s privacy policy applies to further processing.
Storage period
Enquiry data is stored only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry, perform a contract or comply with statutory retention obligations. Technical security data is deleted after the respective protection and logging periods have expired.
